Identification Verification
All signers must have a valid government i.d. to present for identity purposes. The following are the ACCEPTABLE forms for you to choose from:
- State issued identification card
- State driver's license
- U.S. passport
- U.S. military i.d.
- Government i.d.'s
- Permanent resident card
UNACCEPTABLE FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
- EXPIRED identification card
- Social security cards
- Birth and marriage certificates
- Credit cards
- School ID
- Library card
- Temporary driver's license
Pricing
$75 Travel Fee + 2 Signatures
*Price includes travel fee up to 20-miles from Garland, Tx and 2 signatures
Additional Fees
- $35 Excessive wait fee for more than 25 minutes wait after scheduled appointment time
- $20 Additional Mileage fee (10-mile max) for locations over 20-mile limit
- $35 Cancellation fee with less than a 3-hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time
- $10 Administering of oath
- $1 Each additional signature
